Amaretto Sour Recipe:

What you will need:

Cocktail Shaker

Jigger or shot glass

Lemon/Lime Juicer

Peeler for lemon twist garnish

Cocktail:

• 1.5 ounces Amaretto Liquor (aka almond liquor - I use the Classica brand: here )

• 3/4 ounce Bourbon

• 1 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

• 1/2 ounce simple syrup

• 1 egg white

Garnishes:

• Lemon twist and maraschino cherries

Directions:

1. In a shaker add: 1.5 ounces Amaretto liquor, 3/4 ounce Bourbon, 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, and 1 egg white.

2. Do a dry shake (no ice)

3. Then, add ice to shaker, shake again

4. Pour into your on the rocks glass of choice (I used one large ice cube here)

5. Add lemon twist and cherries with a cocktail pick

6. Sip and enjoy a classic delicious cocktail!
