Apple Spice Tini (Thanksgiving Style)

Updated: Dec 24, 2022

All the tastes of fall in one glass ;)

Such a yummy cocktail to enjoy around the holidays! And bonus points if you make this for smaller get togethers, Friendsgiving's or Thanksgiving with the fam! It is more of a process though so I would stick to creating this delish creation for the smaller groups (3-5 people max), but if you want something more simple for group drinks I would suggest my party cocktail page. Those larger batch recipes are better for serving large groups and not having to create cocktails 24/7 for guests.

Apple Spice Tini (Thanksgiving Style) Recipe:

Makes 1

What you will need:

Lemon/Lime Juicer (I use this one: https://amzn.to/3EbsgdK )

Jigger or shot glass

Pot to make cinnamon simple syrup (alternative : honey or agave)

Cocktail Glass

Cocktail strainer

Knife for apples

Cocktail:

  • 1.5 ounce vodka

  • 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 0.75 cinnamon simple syrup

  • 1 ounce fresh pressed apple cider

  • 1 egg white

  • 2-3 dashes orange aromatic bitters

Garnishes:

  • Cinnamon sugar and honey for rim

  • Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon stick

Directions:

  1. In a small pot add in 1 cup pure cane sugar or white sugar, 1 cup water, and with 2-3 cinnamon sticks. bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Take off heat and cool till room temp. (can add this in the shaker if its still slightly warm..that's fine as the ice will cool it)

  2. Add in a shaker: (no ice, this will be a dry shake with the egg whites first) 1.5 ounces vodka, 0.75 ounces fresh lemon juice, 0.75 ounce cinnamon simple syrup, 1 ounce fresh pressed apple juice, 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters, and 1 egg white.

  3. Shake it all up

  4. Add little ice to your shaker

  5. Shake it all up again

  6. Rim your glass with honey and cinnamon sugar

  7. With a cocktail strainer pour into your glass

  8. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick

  9. Sip and Enjoy :)
