The Aviation cocktail is a classic gin-based drink that balances the floral notes of Crème De Violette with the tartness of lemon juice and the sweetness of maraschino liqueur, resulting in a sophisticated and elegant cocktail that takes you on a delightful journey through its complex flavors.

What you will need:

Cocktail Shaker

Jigger or shot glass

Juicer

Cocktail:

• 1.5 oz Gin

• 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice1.5 oz Mezcal

• 1/2 Luxardo (Maraschino liqueur)

• 1/2 oz Crème De Violette

Garnishes:

• Maraschino Cherry

Directions:

1. In a shaker add: 1.5 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, 1/2 Luxardo (Maraschino liqueur), 1/2 oz Crème De Violette

2. Add ice to shaker and shake it up

3. Pour into your glass (I used a Nick and Nora glass - perfect size)

4. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry

5. Cheers, sip and enjoy!
