Frozen Aperol Spritz

If you LOVE an Aperol Spritz like I do, then I promise you will love this frozen version just as much if not more this summer 🧡

Ingredients:

Makes 1

What you will need:

Jigger or shot glass

Blender

Cocktail:

• 1.5 cups ice

• 2 ounces Aperol

• 1 ounce simple syrup

• 2 ounces Prosecco (or any other sparkling wine or champagne)

• 1 ounce orange soda

Garnishes:

• Orange Slices

• Mint Sprig

• Marigold Flower

Directions:

1. In a blender add in the following: 1.5 cups ice, 2 ounces Aperol, 1 ounce simple syrup, 2 ounces Prosecco (or any other sparkling wine or champagne), 1 ounce orange soda.

2. Blend until smooth

3. Pour immediately into glass

4. Garnish with fresh orange slices, mint sprig and marigold flower
