Gold Rush

One of My favorite/easy cocktails: The Gold Rush! Its great served up or on the rocks.

Ingredients:

Makes 1

What you will need:

Jigger

Cocktail shaker

Citrus juicer

Cocktail:

• 2 ounces Bourbon

• 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice

• 0.5 ounce honey syrup (Just mix equal parts honey and water!)

Cocktail Directions:

1. In a shaker combine: 2 ounces Bourbon, 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice, 0.5 ounce honey syrup (Just mix equal parts honey and water!)

2. Shake it up with ice

3. Pour cocktail into your glass

4. Cheers, sip and enjoy 😊
