Hibiscus Empress Gin Fizz Recipe:

What you will need:
Lemon/Lime Juicer (I use this one: https://amzn.to/3EbsgdK )
Cocktail Shaker - Similar one here: https://amzn.to/3rrtmKT
Jigger or shot glass
Cocktail:
Empress Gin - 2 ounces
Fresh Lemon Juice -1 ounce
Simple Syrup - 1/2 ounce
Hibiscus Simple Syrup (recipe here)
1 Egg White
Garnishes:
Dried Hibiscus Tea Flowers
Directions:
Add in a shaker: (no ice, this will be a dry shake with the egg whites first) 2 ounces Empress Gin, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, 1/2 ounce hibiscus simple syrup and 1 egg white.
Shake it all up
Add little ice to your shaker
Shake it all up again
Pour into your glass of choice, served up coupe glass is my fav for this one!
Garnish with a dried hibiscus tea flowers
