This cocktail is a fiesta in a glass, with a smoky kick from the mezcal, a splash of bitterness from the Aperol, and a creamy twist of coconut that will transport you straight to the tropics
Mezcal Aperol Coconut Margarita Recipe:

What you will need:
Cocktail Shaker
Jigger or shot glass
Lemon/Lime Juicer
Cocktail:
2 ounces Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1 ounce Aperol
3/4 ounce Cointreau
3/4 ounce Coconut Milk
3/4 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 Agave syrup
Garnishes:
Add Tajin to side the glass and dried blood orange sliced wheel on top (or any citrus fruit: lime, orange etc.)
Directions:
In a shaker add: 2 ounces Mezcal, 1 ounce Aperol, 3/4 ounce Cointreau, 3/4 ounce Coconut Milk, 3/4 ounce Lime Juice, 1/2 ounce Agave Syrup.
Then, add ice to shaker, shake it up
Rim the side of your glass with Tajin, or Himalayan Sea Salt
Pour cocktail into your glass
Add dried blood orange garnish on top
Sip and enjoy a fiesta of a cocktail!
