Midori Sparkling Shamrock

What you will need:

Jigger

Cocktail shaker

Citrus juicer

Cocktail garnish pick

Cocktail:

• 1.75 oz Midori

• 1/2 oz Lemon juice

• About 2-3 oz Prosecco or until your glass is topped off Garnish:

• Rainbow sour belt

• Mini marshmallows

• Cocktail pick

Cocktail Directions:

1. In a shaker combine: 1.75 oz Midori & 1/2 oz Lemon juice

2. Shake it up with ice

3. Pour cocktail into your glass

4. Top with about 2-3 oz Prosecco or until your glass full

5. Garnish with Rainbow Sour Belts and Mini Marshmallows on a cocktail pic to make a rainbow and clouds (shown in picture)
