Sol Besado En Mexico Recipe:

Ingredients:

Makes 1

What you will need:

Lemon/Lime Juicer (I use this one: https://amzn.to/3EbsgdK )

Cocktail Shaker - Similar one here: https://amzn.to/3rrtmKT

Jigger or shot glass

Cocktail:

• Mezcal - 2 ounces

• Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 ounce

• Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 ounce

• Fresh Orange Juice - 1 ounce

• Agave Nectar - 3/4 ounce

Garnishes:

• Honey + Himalayan sea salt & Tajin blend for half the rim

• Dried blood orange on top

Directions:

1. Add in a shaker: 2 ounces mezcal, 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1 ounce orange juice, and 3/4 ounce agave nectar.

2. Add Ice and shake it up.

3. Rim glass with honey, then a blend of Himalayan sea salt and Tajin.

4. Pour cocktail into glass

5. Garnish with dried blood orange

6. Sip and enjoy!
