Spooky Blood-Orange Guava Pisco Sour

What you will need:

Jigger

Citrus Juicer

Cocktail shaker

         Lighter or matches

Cocktail:

• 3 ounces Pisco

• 3/4 oz lime juice

• 1.5 ounces Blood Orange-Guava Juice @barmalade

• 1 Egg White

Garnish:

•  Marshmallow Spider Web Cocktail Rim Trend! Heat Marshmallows for 15 seconds in a bowl and using your fingers spread across the rim of glass.

• Dried Blood Orange Wheel

Cocktail Directions:

1. Add your Marshmallow web on your glass and set aside.

2. In a shaker combine: 3 ounces Pisco, 3/4 oz lime juice, 1.5 ounces Blood Orange-Guava Juice @barmalade and 1 Egg White.

3. Do a dry shake (no Ice) then add ice shake again (for egg to froth)

4. Double strain cocktail into your served up glass

5. Garnish with dried blood orange wheel
