Celebrate Galentine's or Valentine’s with “The Cupid’s Cup!”

Ingredients:

Makes 1

What you will need:

Jigger

Cocktail shaker

Citrus Juicer

Cocktail:

• 1.5 oz Pisco

• 1 oz Aperol

• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

• 1 oz Simple Syrup

• 1 Egg White

Cocktail Directions:

1. In a shaker combine: 1.5 oz Pisco, 1 oz Aperol, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White

2. Dry shake (no ice)

3. Add ice and shake again.

4. Pour into a Martini Glass

5. Garnish with dried mini rose buds arranged in a heart shape on top of the drink.

6. Cheers, sip and enjoy 😊
