Trader Vic's Guava Tai

Celebrating Trader Vic’s 90th Anniversary this year by making their famous Guava Tai - Trader Vic’s twist on the classic Mai Tai! 🌺✨

Ingredients:

Makes 1

What you will need:

Jigger or shot glass

Ice crusher - or buy crushed ice

Citrus Juicer

Cocktail shaker

Cocktail:

• 1/2 oz lime juice
  

• 1/2 oz lemon juice
  

• 3/4 oz TV Mai Tai concentrate
  

• 1 oz TV light rum
  

• 1 oz TV gold rum
  

• 1 oz guava puree

Garnishes:

• Mint Sprig

• Lime

Directions:

1. In a shaker combine 1/2 oz lime juice , 1/2 oz lemon juice , 3/4 oz TV Mai Tai concentrate , 1 oz TV light rum , 1 oz TV gold rum , 1 oz guava puree

2. Shake it up!

3. Add crushed ice to glass and pour cocktail over

4. Add small amount of additional crushed ice on top

5. Garnish with Mint Sprig and Lime
